Tenure Portfolio

It's that time of year. Tenure time! After blood, sweat and tears it's finally complete and I have a GREAT feeling about it. I've added my resume, teaching philosophy, formal observations, student work samples, unit plans, student photos, letters of recommendation, and projects outside of work. It took about 3 days of work, proofreading and reorganizing to finally make myself content. The binder is visual making it simple and clear to whomever is viewing it. I found this sample portfolio very helpful. Check it out!
